Take part in our 30 Day Steps Walking challenge. Simply set yourself an achievable goal and track your progress.

Most people aim to walk 10,000 steps a day to stay active, but whether your comfortable walking 1,000 a day or 20,000 a day, set your target to suit you. The challenge is for you and your individual goals.

With challenge targets from as little as 1,000 a day for 30 days - roughly 15 miles or equivalent 5 hours of exercise in the month. 

Or a more average target of 10,000 a day for 30 days - 150 miles or equivalent to 50 hours of exercise in the month. 

The choice is yours. 

Connect to Strava to automatically sync your Walks. Manually add your distances, see your live progress. Feel the health benefits of being active. Upon completion of our Medal Challenges you will receive your Certificate & shorty after will be sent your unique challenge medal & completion pack. As well as completing the challenge you will be supporting a range of local charities in the process. We take up to 60% of all sales directly to local charities and we operate as a not-for-profit business.
